Sand Meets Fire

> melfurny <      Sandy padded along the through Castle Town. Looking for the market place. She halted once she came across a jewelry shop. She gazed at all the merchandise in the store. She saw golden necklaces and rings. She padded away, she didn't need any fancy stuff. She continued along, heading no where in particular.

> shadowtail567 <      Fire padded around the town, looking into the shops, admiaring the beautiful jewlerry that was placed in the shop windows, she longed to buy some, she padded into the shop and looked at the items on sale

> melfurny <      Sandy Breeze then came across another jewelry shop. Inside she saw a cat, wondering around looking at stuff. The cat then took something up to the owner, and asked to buy it.
"You are going to need a lot more then I'm sure you have to get that," growled the owner. Sandy Breeze didn't like the owners attitude, so she walked in. Once inside, she stepped forward, past the cat, and right up to the owner.
"Why, Your Majesty, can I interest you in anything?" he asked, voice shaky.
"Why yes, there is," she meowed calmly. She dropped her coin pouch on the counter, and dumped out thirty gold coins.
"Is that enough?" she asked mockingly.
"Y-yes," he stammered. He took the coins, then gave the jewelry to Sandy, but she pushed it toward the cat.
"There, is that what you wanted?" she asked kindly. "I am Sandy Breeze, but you can call me Sandy...of coarse you probably know who I am already anyways.

> shadowtail567 <       Fire blushed slightly "No, I cant take this" she backed away nervously from Sandy "I must be getting along now" she sighed

> melfurny <        "You sure?" asked Sandy. "Take it," insisted Sandy. She didn't need this, she had no need for it. She put it on the cat anyways. "What's your name?" asked Sandy.

> shadowtail567 <       "Names names Fire," she grinned her knives jangled at her sides "Nice meeting you, thanks awfully for this" she smiled quite darkly.

> melfurny <      "You're welcome, it is very nice to meet you," meowed Sandy. She was beginning to feel a bit cautious, about the knives on her belt. But she felt like she could trust this cat.
"Very nice name Fire," commented Sandy.

> shadowtail567 <       Fire flashed her green narrowed eyes back at sandy gratefully "You too"

> melfurny <       "I hope to see you around," smiled Sandy. She loved meeting her people. They were all interesting in their own little ways. Sandy then heard her guard block the door way, so Fire couldn't get out.
"Um, I don't think that is necessarily," meowed Sandy sternly.
"I am sorry Your Majesty, did she hurt you?" asked the guard.
"No, you can let her out now," continued Sandy. Her guards were over protective sometimes. But, Novu did order them to watch her carefully whenever she left the castle. The Secret Society were like spies, but they stayed very close to The Royal Family, it was like they were invisible. Sandy tried to tell them to watch her family instead of her, but they insisted. So they would split up.

> shadowtail567 <      Fire thought the guards had noticed the bloodstained on her knives, she hissed turning around to face them, eyes blazing fire, but still showed dark kindness towards Sandy.

> melfurny <        "But Madam, I feel like we shouldn't trust her," pressed one of the guards. He looked down at her belt suspiciously.
"If we let her go, can I at least warn her, tell her about the rules around here?" asked the guard, he didn't even really wait for Sandy to say anything.
"Listen closely now. If you even come close to hurting our Queen, or even just seeing her again, I'll make sure you don't see the light again, all you will see is stone cold walls. The Queen may trust you, but I'll tell you right now, I don't!" warned the guard. Suddenly two more guards came.
"Your Majesty!" exclaimed one.
"What?" yelped Sandy, leaping forward to the door.

> shadowtail567 <      Fire quickly leapt back out the door and her fur bristled with fury, she hissed at the guards that had made her jump.

> melfurny <    Sandy watched calmly as Fire leaped over the guards and hissed. The guards went to get her, but Sandy spoke first.
"Stop! Let her go," she ordered calmly, bowing her head toward Fire then getting up and stepping outside the shop, and padded along the street calmly, looking at her surroundings, taking it all in. She headed for the castle, she was ready to go home, and eat dinner. The sun was already beginning to set.

> shadowtail567 <      Fire glared at the gaurds and then leaped away into a dark allyway, baring her claws she began to climb up one of the buildings, she perched on top and watched the sleeping town.
